As a side note, I would like to recognize Tariq Nusier for helping out the class by getting some needed class supplies and for always trying to help out his peers. May Allah strengthen our community bonds and aid us in being good brothers and sisters to one another.

- In LA, students have been working on their. Young Author's Conference Portfolios (due by the end of Unit 5)
- We have begun practicing for the Children of Charity Performance and working on the Children of Charity Portfolios highlighting service projects that students are currently engaged in.
- Next week, In sha' Allah, we will be encouraging students to kick off their Media Fast as part of their Children of Charity activities.
- In Social Studies and LA, Students have been refining their arguments for the upcoming debates on March 28th.
- In Math, students participated in Pi Day activities and also got to eat some pie.
- In Science, students have begun their study of cells and wrapped up their STEM presentations.
- In Islamics, students are wrapping up their Prophet studies and researching Prophetic lineages according to Muslim and non-Muslim perspectives.
